WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Very little. A parking space with room to open the doors and walk around the vehicle, and access to the car. That is the whole list. Our van carries its own water supply, power and lighting, so nothing comes off your utilities and no outdoor tap is required.
APARTMENTS, CONDOS AND OFFICE GARAGES
These work too, with one caveat: some buildings restrict water runoff. Rinseless and low-water methods solve that, and interior detailing is almost never an issue anywhere. If your building requires advance notice or proof of insurance, tell us the address when booking and we will sort it out before the appointment rather than at the gate.
DO YOU HAVE TO BE HOME?
No. Plenty of our customers leave the keys and go to work, or have the car detailed in their office lot during the day. We message when we arrive and again when the vehicle is finished. If you would rather be there for the walkthrough at the end, that is fine too — we will time it around you.
