Terms & Conditions of Service

Effective Date: October 12, 2026

1. Parties; Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Redline Detail, a mobile auto detailing business operating in Los Angeles County, California ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and the individual or entity booking detailing services ("Customer," "you," or "your").

By booking services through our website, by telephone at (818) 425-5479, by text message, by email at rredlinedetail@gmail.com, or through any authorized booking platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not book or accept services.

2. Definitions

"Appointment" means a scheduled date and arrival window for the provision of Services at the Service Location.
"Service Location" means the address designated by the Customer where Services are to be performed.
"Services" means the mobile auto detailing services described in Section 3, as selected by the Customer at booking.
"Vehicle" means the motor vehicle identified by the Customer for detailing.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 The Company provides mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, full-service detailing, paint enhancement, and ceramic coating application (collectively, the "Services").

3.2 The Company is a mobile provider. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Services are performed at the Service Location designated by the Customer. The Company furnishes its own water, power, equipment, and cleaning agents.

3.3 The specific Services to be performed are those reflected in the Customer's booking confirmation. Any services beyond the confirmed scope require the Customer's prior approval and may incur additional charges pursuant to Section 5.

4. Booking; Scheduling; Confirmation

4.1 An Appointment is not confirmed until the Customer receives written confirmation from the Company (via text message, email, or booking platform notification).

4.2 Stated arrival times are estimates made in good faith. The Company shall use reasonable efforts to arrive within the confirmed arrival window; however, traffic conditions or prior appointments may cause delays. The Company will notify the Customer of any delay reasonably expected to exceed thirty (30) minutes.

4.3 The Customer must be reachable at the telephone number provided at booking for the duration of the arrival window.

5. Pricing; Estimates; Additional Charges

5.1 Prices are quoted at the time of booking based on the selected service package and vehicle classification. Vehicles classified as large — including pickup trucks and three-row or full-size sport utility vehicles — are subject to the Company's large-vehicle pricing. The quoted price shall be honored for the Services as booked.

5.2 If, upon inspection of the Vehicle, the Company determines that its condition requires labor or materials materially beyond the booked scope — including but not limited to excessive pet hair, biological matter, mold, or extreme neglect — the Company shall disclose the condition and any proposed additional charge to the Customer and obtain the Customer's express approval before performing such additional work.

5.3 All prices are in U.S. dollars.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 No deposit or prepayment is required at the time of booking.

6.2 Full payment is due upon completion of the Services and the Customer's opportunity to inspect the work. The Company accepts major credit and debit cards and such other payment methods as presented at the time of service.

6.3 Amounts not paid at the time of service shall bear interest at the lesser of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, until paid in full.

7. Cancellation; Rescheduling; No-Shows

7.1 The Customer may cancel or reschedule an Appointment without charge by providing notice to the Company at least twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the confirmed arrival window, via telephone or text message to (818) 425-5479.

7.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the arrival window, and instances in which the Company arrives at the Service Location but cannot access the Vehicle or reach the Customer within twenty (20) minutes (a "No-Show"), shall entitle the Company to charge a fee of up to fifty dollars ($50.00). The parties agree this amount represents a reasonable, good-faith estimate of the losses the Company incurs from late cancellations and No-Shows — including lost scheduling opportunity and travel costs — and not a penalty.

7.3 The Company may cancel or reschedule an Appointment at no charge to the Customer due to unsafe weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, pursuant to Section 13.

8. Service Area; Travel

The Company principally serves the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas of Los Angeles County, California. Appointments outside the Company's standard service area may be accepted in the Company's sole discretion and may be subject to a travel surcharge, which shall be disclosed to and approved by the Customer prior to booking.

9. Customer Obligations

The Customer shall: (a) provide the Company with access to the Vehicle and its keys at the scheduled time; (b) remove all personal valuables from the Vehicle prior to the Appointment — the Company assumes no responsibility for personal property left in the Vehicle; (c) provide adequate working space around the Vehicle (e.g., driveway, assigned parking space, or garage bay); (d) disclose any known mechanical or electrical issues with the Vehicle, including fluid leaks, alarm systems, or aftermarket modifications, prior to commencement of Services; and (e) keep pets and minor children clear of the work area while Services are performed.

10. Vehicle Condition; Pre-Existing Damage

10.1 Prior to commencing Services, the Company shall conduct a visual walkaround inspection of the Vehicle and note any observable pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, paint defects, upholstery tears, or stains.

10.2 The Company shall not be responsible for any pre-existing damage, wear, or condition documented or reasonably observable prior to service.

10.3 The Company shall exercise reasonable professional care in performing the Services but shall not be liable for damage arising from the Vehicle's age, prior condition, manufacturer defects, or degraded materials (including clear-coat failure, brittle trim, oxidized paint, or pre-existing electrical faults), provided such damage was not caused by the Company's negligence.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee; Cure

11.1 If the Customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the Services, the Customer must notify the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of completion, identifying the specific areas of concern.

11.2 Upon timely notice, the Company shall, at its option, return to re-perform the deficient portions of the Services at no additional charge, at a mutually agreed time. This cure remedy is the Customer's sole remedy for deficient performance under this Section.

11.3 This guarantee covers the quality of workmanship only and does not extend to soiling, damage, or wear occurring after the Services are completed.

12. Photographs and Marketing Materials

12.1 The Company may photograph or video-record the Vehicle before, during, and after Services for quality documentation and for use in the Company's portfolio, website, and social media channels.

12.2 The Company shall not publish images depicting the Customer's face, license plate numbers, or other personally identifying information without the Customer's prior written consent.

12.3 A Customer who does not wish the Vehicle to be photographed for marketing purposes may opt out by notifying the Company before or during the Appointment; such request will be honored without question.

13. Weather; Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including heavy rain, extreme weather, natural disaster, or other force majeure events. Where the Company must reschedule due to weather or force majeure, the Customer shall not incur any cancellation fee under Section 7.

14. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer

14.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14.2 IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.

14.3 Except as expressly stated in Section 11, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

15. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the Customer's breach of this Agreement, the Customer's failure to disclose known Vehicle issues under Section 9(d), or the Customer's negligence at the Service Location.

16. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

16.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

16.2 The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute.

16.3 If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation administered in Los Angeles County, California, with costs shared equally, before pursuing litigation.

16.4 Any litigation arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction thereof.

17. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable consistent with the parties' intent.

18. Entire Agreement; Amendments

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersedes all prior representations. The Company may amend these Terms prospectively; the version in effect at the time of booking governs that booking. No amendment is effective against the Customer unless communicated prior to booking.

19. Notices; Contact

Notices under this Agreement may be directed to the Company at (818) 425-5479 or rredlinedetail@gmail.com. Notices to the Customer shall be sent to the contact information provided at booking.
